500 g ground beef
20 g breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons spicy ketchup
1 bunch of parsley
1 onion
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1 pinch of nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 175°C (th. 5/6).

Peel the onion, quarter it and remove the parsley leaves. Place everything in the bowl of a food processor and chop for 10 seconds.

Cut the bread into pieces, add it to the food processor and blend for another 5 seconds.

Add the ground beef, egg, ketchup, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Blend for 5 seconds.

add your mixture into a dish and bake for 45 minutes.

Serve topped with ketchup!
