PEACH PIE

ingredients

The dough

100 g sugar
200 g soft butter cut into pieces
370 g flour
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
1 1/2 level teaspoons Momix vanilla sugar
The cream

2 eggs
75 g sugar
100 g liquid cream (10cl)
4 peaches

PREPARATION OF THE RECIPE
The dough
Put the sugar in the mixer and mix 15 sec speed 10.add in the mixer the butter, the flour, the egg, the salt and the vanilla sugar and mix 30 sec speed 5.remove the dough, form a ball, wrap it in food film and let the dough rest for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 210° c. Put the dough for 15 min.
The cream
While the dough is cooking, put all the ingredients in the blender and blend for 15 seconds at speed 4.
Cover the pre-cooked dough with the peeled and sliced peaches. Cover with the egg-sugar-cream mixture and bake for 20 -25 min.
