chocolate brownie

Ingredients

115 grams / 1 cup of half-salted butter or you can use 50g / 0,5 cups of half-salted butter + 70g/0,5 cups of nutella
200 grams / 2,5 cups dessert chocolate (dark or milk)
100 or 1,8 cups grams of white sugar
50 grams or 0,4 cups of whole/complete sugar
2 eggs
110 grams/0,9 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
add the butter and chocolate pieces in a bowl
Melt the mixture over medium heat until smooth and glossy.

Whisk the sugars and eggs well.

Add the butter-chocolate mixture and mix well,mix again the flour with vanilla
add the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper

Bake for 25 (and up to 28) minutes.
