Ingredients for chocolate cookies
1 tin of milk chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup optional chopped nuts
Ice cream ingredients
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted sweet cream butter
3 tablespoons whole milk
2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions for the chocolate biscuits
Preheat oven to 350 degrees then line two baking sheets with parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, eggs and oil until smooth. If using nuts, mix in by hand.
Remove the dumplings and place them on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack.
Frosting directions
take a medium saucepan then combine the butter, cocoa powder and whole milk over medium heat.
Whisk together until smooth.
Remove from heat and slowly add powdered sugar until smooth.
Place a baking sheet under the rack to catch the excess chocolate.
Take a tablespoon of icing and pour over the biscuits.
Allow the glaze to harden before enjoying.
