Ingredients (2 people):
20g butter
4 tablespoons flour
250 ml milk
3 slices of ham
50G of Gruyere cheese
1 beaten egg
Breadcrumbs
Preparation:
Start by making a thick béchamel sauce, by melting the butter, add the flour while stirring with a whisk and add the milk little by little.
Remove from the heat and add the ham and cheese, leave to cool, then put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Roll them into croquettes, dip them in beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs, I put them back in the fridge for 1 hour.
I put them back in the fridge for 1 hour. Cook them in hot oil, turn them over, place them on absorbent paper and serve immediately!
