Beef wok with vegetables

Ingredients: 4 portions
400 g beef steak
2 carrots
1 onion
2 peppers
1 lime juice
2 tablespoons salted soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon stevia
1 teaspoon sunflower oil
Preparation:
Cut the steaks into strips, then put them in a bowl, add the lemon juice, stevia, soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Cover the bowl and leave the meat to marinate in the fridge for two hours. At the same time, peel and slice the carrots and peppers and chop the onion.

Heat the oil in a wok or pan and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Add the meat and marinade and cook for 5-10 minutes.

Finally, serve the vegetable beef wok hot with rice.
