Ingredients for
for the pancakes :
40 g flour
100 g plain 0% yoghurt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Topping:
1 fat-free minced meat steak
2 slices of tomato
salad
30 g low-fat Gruyère cheese
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and use whisk until you have a smooth batter.
Cook the pancake over a medium heat until golden.
Cook the steak.
Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
Wash the lettuce leaves and wipe them dry.
