Christmas cookies with Nutella
List of ingredients
250 g of flour
250 g of nutella
300 g sugar (but you can use less: 150 g)
125 g of butter
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of bicarbonate
25 g cocoa powder
2 eggs
Crushed hazelnuts
Steps of the recipe
Mix flour, cocoa, salt and bicarbonate
Beat the soft butter and the sugar for a few minutes, then add the eggs 1 by 1. The mixture must be frothy.
Add the Nutella
Add the flour with a spoon and mix until you get a nice homogeneous paste
Put in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours so that the dough has some consistency
Form balls the size of golf balls and roll them in the crushed hazelnuts so that they become embedded!
Bake for 10 minutes in a hot oven at 180°C for softer cookies, and 12-15 minutes for crunchier cookies… you decide!
Let cool on a rack and enjoy!
