Ingredients
White cabbage: 150 g
Carrots: 100 g
White vinegar: 1 tablespoon
Powdered sugar : 1 tablespoon
Plain yoghurt : 1
Mayonnaise : 50 g
Salt
I start by grating the white cabbage and the carrots.
I prepare the sauce by mixing the yoghurt, vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper.
I mix the mixture with the grated vegetables. It’s ready! Tip: if I like my vegetables crunchy, I serve them directly. I prefer them softer? I put them in the fridge for at least an hour before serving them!
