1 1/2 cup Walnuts
1 1/2 almonds
1 1/2 dates
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 cup Oats
2 tablespoon cinnamon
two medium apples
3 medium bananas
Using a knife, cut the dates, walnuts, almonds and cashews into very small pieces.
Mash the banana well with a fork.
Wash the two apples, peel them and grate them.
in another bowl,Put the bananas and apples and mix well. Add the almonds, walnuts and dates,The cashews are done, then mix , Add honey and cinnamon , mix again.
Start adding the oats gradually until you get a cohesive texture to form balls. Add more if it is still too soft.
Preheat the oven at 180° for 3 minutes then Spread cooking paper on the oven dish
make medium balls ,press them softly and transfer to the oven dish
Put it in the oven for 7-10 minutes. Check if it becomes solid and brown as in the picture, Take it out
Leave it to cool and store it in a glass container
