Cut the chicken breasts into large cubes and put them in a bowl.

Add the dried garlic and paprika.

Mix the flour with a little salt and pepper and put it on a plate. Crush the cornflakes a little and put them on a plate. Whisk the egg with the milk in a plate.
Roll the chicken cubes in the flour.
