Mexican tacos recipe

steps

STEP 1
In a frying pan brown the minced onion in a olive oil

STEP 2
Add the meat
season it and cook for 5 minutes

STEP 3
Wash the lettuce leaves.

STEP 4
Cut tomatoes , bell pepper into small cubes

STEP 5
Add to the pan with the tomato coulis and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

STEP 6
Drain the red beans and add it 2 minutes before the end of cooking
STEP 7
Off the heat, adjust the seasoning and sprinkle generously with cumin; you can also add a few drops of Tabasco.

STEP 8
Fill tortillas with mixture and roll up like pancakes. Place 1 lettuce leaf on each taco before serving.
