Portions: 8 to 10 servings
8 eggs
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 packages of fully cooked Johnsonville breakfast sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 package frozen mini tater tots
Preheat oven to 350 , and lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
In a medium bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onion powder.
Cut the sausage into 1/2 inch slices. Add to egg mixture.
Add 1/2 cheese to egg mixture.
Pour egg mixture onto baking sheet.
add the tater tots evenly over the top.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
go to oven and bake for 40 minutes.
Spread any leftover cheese on top. Return to oven for 5 minutes.
