Unroll, roll out and prick the dough in a pie pan. Peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
Place them on the pastryl lika a rosette.
2 In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the cream and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples.
Put in the oven at 210°C (thermostat 7) for about 40 minutes. Towards the end of the cooking time, spread the vanilla sugar on the pie and put it back in the oven to caramelize.
