Buffalo Chicken Salad


Frozen breaded chicken fingers, cooked

Hot sauce

⅔ tablespoon(s), or more to taste

Romaine lettuce

1½ cup(s), minced
Grape tomatoes

½ cup(s), halved

Carrot(s), uncooked

½ cup(s), chopped

Celery, uncooked

½ cup(s), chopped

Light blue cheese dressing

2 tablespoon(s)

Cook frozen chicken fingers according to package directions. Coat with hot sauce and set aside.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, carrots and celery in a large bowl.
Drizzle with dressing, top with chopped chicken and serve immediately.
Makes 1 to 2 cups per serving.
