SMALL CHOCOLATE-ORANGE CAKES

Ingredients (6 people):
INGREDIENTS :

* 300g cake flour.
* 11g baking powder.
* 50g almond powder.
* 50g brown sugar.
* 1 orange (zest and juice)
* 175g of cream cheese (philadelphia type).
* 2 eggs
* 50g of dark chocolate chips.

Preheat oven to 190ºC.

Grease muffin or bun tins.

In a bowl, mix the flour, almond powder and sugar. In another bowl, mix the orange juice and zest with the cream cheese and then add the eggs.

Make a well in the middle and add the flour mixture.

Beat well to incorporate all ingredients.

Add the chocolate chips.

Pour back into the moulds, filling them only 3/4 full (they swell up a lot). Bake for 20/25 minutes.

Check the cooking with a needle, if it comes out clean, it is ready.

Remove from the oven. Leave to rest for 10 minutes and turn out onto a wire rack.
