Ingredients (3 people):
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Same amount of milk
4 eggs
100 gr of sugar for the caramel
150 gr of grated coconut
Preparation:
Make a caramel in a saucepan by putting the powdered sugar with 3 spoonfuls of water, let it cook on high heat until you get a dark blond caramel and then put it in the bottom of the cake tin, put it aside.
Mix the egg yolks with the sweetened condensed milk and the milk.
Add the coconut, mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the mixture.
Pour then in the mould with cake, make cook in the bath marries to oven 160° during 1 hour.
Leave to cool for a few hours, as it is best eaten fresh.
