A quick biscuit.
250g margarine (soft – let it rest out of the fridge beforehand)
300 g sour cream
2,5 – 3 tbsp flour (or as much as it takes to make a soft dough, not sticky to hands)
0.5 sachet of baking powder.
You don’t need any sugar or eggs in the dough… put in the fridge for half an hour, then roll it out and squeeze out with a saucepan, boom, into the sugar and onto a baking tray.
I used a flask cup to squeeze it out))
And that’s it, it is so flaky and tender… If you don’t like sweetness, dip it in sesame, cumin, poppy seeds and other stuff…
