5 tablespoons butter, melted, divided

2 cans (8 ounces) pineapple slices, well drained
7 maraschino cherries, drained and pitted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs

3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit
Place 2 tablespoons butter and brown sugar in a 9-inch round cake pan until smooth; spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the pan.
Top with pineapple slices; place a cherry in the center of each slice.

Run a small knife along the inside edge of the pan to loosen the cake.
Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Turn out onto a serving platter; remove pan. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
