4 cups of flour
a tablespoon of sugar
a tablespoon of yeast
Half a cup of olive oil
a cup of milk
3 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
We start to put the flour with yeast, salt, sugar and oil, then collect the dough with milk and water gradually.
The dough should be very soft and not hard.
Continue to knead well for 10 minutes.
We take the butter and incorporate it into the dough and knead well until we get a soft and slightly fluffy dough.
Leave it to ferment for an hour and cover with cooking plastic and a warm lid.
Meanwhile, you can prepare your favorite filling.
After the dough has doubled in size, we empty the air from it, and divide it into two parts.
The first part we make equal balls and transfer them to the oven dish that we previously greased with a little oil or used cooking paper.
The second part, make small and long sandwiches, as in the picture.
Brush everyone with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame on top, then put it in the oven on a medium heat.
We take it out after it swelled and we got a golden color.
