BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Ingredients
500 g Brussels sprouts
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 red onion
Flower of salt
Paprika
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Peel and chop the onion.

Rinse the Brussels sprouts and remove the damaged leaves. Cut them in half.

Put them in a bowl with the olive oil, chopped onion, salt and paprika. Mix well to coat the cabbage.

Place them, cut side down, on a baking tray covered with baking paper.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the cabbages over halfway through the cooking time.

You can extend the cooking time by a few minutes for less crispy cabbages.
