1 tablespoon of oil
3 tablespoons butter
1 pound steak (flank, strip loin, ribeye, etc.), cut into bite-size pieces
2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
4 cloves garlic, minced
Heat oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add steak, seasoned with Cajun seasoning, and cook over medium-high heat until lightly browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
Add the cooked garlic until fragrant, about one minute.
Option: Remove the steak from the pan and add a vegetable such as asparagus or green beans, add the butter and garlic sauce and sear quickly to serve alongside the bites!
