Cocoa Cream Pie

ingredients

50 cl of milk
4 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
3 tablespoons of flour

1 puff pastry

2 eggs

STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).

STEP 2
Put the pastry in a pie pan, prick it.

STEP 3
In a saucepan, boil the milk.

STEP 4
Put the chocolate, flour and sugar in a bowl, mix well.

STEP 5
Beat the whole eggs into an omelette.

STEP 6
When the milk is hot, pour it over the chocolate mixture, stirring vigorously to avoid lumps.

STEP 7
Add the eggs, stir well and pour the (liquid) mixture over the dough.

STEP 8
bake for about 30 min
