Add the chocolate chips and almonds to the flours.
Add the solids to the mixture.
Mix without insisting until you can form a ball.
Place it on the work surface, shape it into a sausage and cut it into slices.
Flatten them into a round shape.
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on the size of the cookies and your taste. Mine were well done (15 minutes).
