Creamy Pasta Chicken and Crispy Bacon


454 g penne
6 slices bacon, diced
2 tablespoons flour
1 package ranch seasoning
2 cups milk
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
2 skinless chicken breasts (cut into pieces)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese


Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a skillet, cook the bacon for about 7 minutes, drain, but keep 1 tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet.
Add a tablespoon of butter to the bacon fat and mix into your chicken breast pieces.
Cook the chicken until it is cooked good
Sprinkle the seasoning mix and flour over the cooked breasts and add the milk.
Mix to a nice sauce texture.
Add the cheese and half your bacon bits.
Stir in the pasta, salt and pepper.
Top with remaining bacon just before serving.
