ingredients

500 g
flour type 55

1 bag
granulated baker’s yeast with reduced rising time

1.5 glasses
of warm water
1 teaspoon
salt
1 tablespoon
olive oil

 

préparation

STEP 1

Mix the flour, olive oil, yeast, salt and water. Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. The gesture is important: do as if you were folding a handkerchief with the dough.

STEP 2

Be careful that the dough does not stick to the wall!
Add flour if it needs or water if it is too dry.

STEP 3
Take a cake tin and line with baking paper, put the bread, make the crosses with a sharp knife.

STEP 4
Take a clean cloth wet it and put it on the bread

STEP 5
Wait one hour for the dough to rise. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to thermostat 7 or 220°C for about 20 minutes.

STEP 6
Bake for 40 minutes.
