Flash cake in a jar
Ingredients For the pudding:
2 bags of pudding
720 ml milk230 g whipped cream
280 g graham crackers, crumbled
For the chocolate ganache
4 tbsp. butter
35 g cocoa powder
3 tbsp milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Preparation:
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk and whipped cream. Let stand 5 minutes until mixture thickens.Divide crushed cookies among the bottom of each jar, pour pudding over cookies. Continue alternating cookies and pudding.Prepare chocolate ganache.
