50 g of olive oil
1 shallot
A can of tomato paste (80/100 gr)
120 gr of heavy cream
1 CS of vodka
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
300/350 gr of pasta
25/30 gr of parmesan cheese
20 g of butter
A few basil leaves
salt and pepper

The recipe to make Gigi Hadid’s spicy pasta

Fry the olive oil with the shallot for a few minutes in a pan
Add the tomato paste and let it simmer for a few minutes (until it caramelizes a bit) then the vodka.
Add the heavy cream and the red pepper flakes (if you like to spice things up you can add a little more).
Mix well, let the cream evaporate and add salt and pepper.
Cook your pasta and keep 60 ml of pasta water to add to your sauce
Add your pasta to the pan along with the butter.
Add the parmesan cheese. Mix well all the preparation
