HALLOWEEN PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE PIZZA

Ingredients
1 – 16.5 oz (495 g) roll Pillsbury? chilled sugar biscuits
125 mL (1/2 cup) creamy peanut butter
250 mL (1 cup) candy corn
125 mL (1/2 cup) chocolate chips or sultanas
60 mL (1/4 cup) ready-to-spread vanilla frosting (from 1 lb. (454 g) can)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 30 cm (12-inch) pizza pan with foil; grease foil with shortening. Cut biscuit dough into 1/4-inch (6.5 mm) thick slices; arrange on pan. Using floured fingers, press slices together to form crust.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool completely for about 30 minutes.

Use the foil to lift the crust off the baking sheet. Carefully remove foil from crust; place crust on serving plate or platter. Spread peanut butter over crust. Sprinkle candy corn and sultanas evenly over top.

In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat the uncovered glaze on high for 10-15 seconds or until melted and pourable. Pour the glaze over the biscuit pizza. Cut into wedges or squares.
