1 cup Butter (2 sticks unsalted butter – softened, room temperature)
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup light brown sugar (packaged)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs (room temperature)
2 ½ cup all-purpose flour
10 oz Christmas candy M&M


Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F , and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl or the bowl of your stand mixer, combine together the softened butter, sugar, light brown sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time, mix until the mixture is smooth again
Gradually add the all-purpose flour, mixing until all the flour is incorporated into the dough.

Gently fold in the M&M Christmas candies until the candies are evenly distributed in the biscuit dough.
Spread your M&M Christmas biscuit dough using a rounded tablespoon or biscuit scoop.

Place each ball of dough in portions on the prepared baking sheets. Leave about 2 inches of space between each biscuit for spreading.
Bake on middle rack of 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) oven for 9 to 10 minutes or until edges of biscuits are lightly browned.

Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
