Pasta 400 g
Stuffing 500 g
Grated cheese 250 g
Milk 50 ml
1 garlic clove
Ground black pepper
Parsley or basil
Boil the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Drain the pasta when ready, add the butter and mix gently.
Sauté the minced meat in a pan, season with pepper and salt. You can use any minced meat to taste (chicken, pork beef).
Chop the tomatoes in a blender or just grate them, add salt, pepper and garlic.
Put pasta and minced meat into a baking dish, add prepared tomato sauce, spices and salt to taste and mix well.
Add the milk and sprinkle the grated cheese on top so that it covers the whole surface.
Bake the minced pasta in an oven at 180-200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Put a basil or parsley leaf on top before serving the dish.
