3/4 cup milk (190ml)
3 or 4 peaches, depending on their size, whether white or yellow, or nectarines.

Meanwhile, prepare the dough.

Mix with a whisk.
In a glass (or bottle!), measure 3/4 cup (190ml) of milk.
Peel 3 or 4 peaches and cut into 8 wedges.
When the butter begins to color (beurre noisette), lower the oven temperature to 180°.
Add the milk to the bowl of dry ingredients and mix.
Take the dish out of the oven,

Pour the dough in a thin stream from all over, it will start to puff up while pouring everything.

Add the peaches evenly on top, all over the surface.
Bake for about 45 minutes.
Check with a knife blade to make sure the center is cooked.
