Cajun seasoning and more for garnish

Start with a large covered pot.
Season chicken with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the sausages and continue cooking until lightly browned.
Add garlic and cook for about two minutes.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, dried pasta and Cajun seasoning to the pan.
Stir and let bring to a boil over medium heat.
Reduce heat to low and cook, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
Remove then stir in Parmesan cheese.
add chopped parsley and sprinkle with additional Cajun seasoning to taste.
