simple chocolate cookies

Chocolate cakes

60 g unsweetened chocolate
48 g (1/4 cup) vegetable shortening
200 g (1 cup) brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
2 mL (1/2 tsp.) baking soda
125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Place the rack in the middle of the oven.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Melt the chocolate in the oven or microwave at 50% intensity. Keep an eye on it
to avoid boiling the chocolate.

Beat lard to soften. Gradually stir in brown sugar ,Add egg and beat for one minute

In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda and add to dough alternating with milk.

5. Add melted chocolate with the vanilla and beat until smooth.

Drop dough by large tablespoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.

Bake patties for 15 minutes.
Cool for one minute, remove from pan with a spatula and cool on a rack.
Store in an airtight box.
