Wonderful chocolate cake

Wonderful chocolate cake with a very delicious taste
the ingredients:
For cake:
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour (sifted)
25 gm cocoa
1 packet vanilla
1 packet baking powder
For custard::
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 packet vanilla
1 liter milk
1 package of cocoa whipped cream
To impregnate the cake::
Half a cup of sugar
2.5 cups,
the milk
For ganache:
200 ml liquid cream
80 gm dark chocolate
How to prepare:
1- For the cake, take the eggs and sugar in a suitable mixing bowl and beat it until it turns into a white foam.
2- Add the flour, cocoa, vanilla and baking powder and mix again.
3- Grease the rectangular pyrex and pour the cake mixture into it.
4- Let’s bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 30 minutes.
5- We leave our baked cake to cool.
6- While our cake is cooling, let’s prepare the custard. For this, let’s take flour, starch, sugar, cocoa, vanilla and milk in a saucepan and mix.
7- Then we put our pot on the stove and cook until the custard becomes thick.
8- Take the thick custard off the stove and wait for it to cool down.
9- Add the cocoa whipped cream to the cooled custard and beat it with a mixer.
10- To wet our cake, take the sugar and milk in a separate bowl and mix until the sugar dissolves and we drink the cake with it
11- Let’s pour the custard we prepared on top of our cake and roll it out.
12- For the ganache, let’s take the liquid cream in a saucepan and heat it.
13-Before the cream boils, let’s turn off the pot and add the dark chocolate and mix.
14- Let’s continue mixing until the chocolate melts.
15-Let’s pour the ganache we prepared on the cake and roll it out.
16- We keep the cake in the fridge and then serve it well
