8 medium potatoes
1 onion, finely chopped
200g minced meat
pepper and salt
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic

Preparation of the potatoes
In a buttered pan, fry the chopped onion.
In a bowl, mix the cooked onion, meat, egg, parsley, salt and pepper.
Peel and wash the potatoes.
With a vegetable peeler, cut a hole in the potatoes.
Melt the butter in a pan and brown the potatoes on all sides.
Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff each potato with minced meat.
Prepare the sauce:
Cook the tomato sauce in a frying pan, add the grated garlic, cumin, paprika, and olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with parsley.

Add 1 glass of water and plunge the potatoes into the pan.
Cover and cook for 45 minutes, turning the potatoes from time to time.
Check the potatoes for doneness with a knife.
